There are so many places to explore ranging from sandy beaches, theme parks, shopping centres and more…
Our favourite beaches are
- Instow – about 15 mins drive
- Bude – about 25 mins drive
- Saunton Beach – about 30mins drive
- Westwood Ho! – about 15mins drive – Blue flag beach
- Bucks cross – is a pebble beach about 5 mins drive or can be walked to – maps are available in the information folder

Saunton Beach 
In the holiday home i have left an information folder with leaflets and brochures to give you an idea of what is in the local area for you to do. I would suggest that you visit:
Instowe beach – lovely soft sand
- Clovelly – just 3 miles away
- Appledore – about 15 minute drive
- Bideford – about 6 miles away
- Crealy Adventure Park
- The Big Sheep
There are cycle routes along the coast and some excellent walking routes.
